Serving unique, health-conscious and allergy-sensitive dishes like the only gluten-free fried chicken in Central Florida, we pride ourselves not only on incredible, authentic southern flavors, but on nutrition, too.
With two diabetic daughters from an early age, Williams has been cooking with an eye on health for more than two decades. She blends the authentic flavors of traditional southern comfort food with Caribbean and island influences to bring you healthy, delicious cuisine.
In fact, almost every side dish at Shantell’s Just Until is vegan and gluten-free.
